FREQUENTLY ASKED

          QUESTIONS

          Is LNG hazardous?
LNG is hazardous as it is stored at very low temperatures and is
an explosive gas. However, as long as it is used in accordance with
the standards and the necessary safety precautions are taken, the
possibility of occurrence of dangerous conditions is eliminated.

          Where can LNG be used?
LNG can be used in all areas where natural gas can be used and in all
processes as an alternative to other energy sources.

Can the existing LPG tanks and installations be used
          for LNG?
It is not possible to use a fuel system consisting of an existing LPG tank
and installation for LNG, but an installation intended for LNG can be
          used for LPG.

Is the LNG installation compatible with natural gas?
If the internal installation is performed as per the specifications of the
local natural gas distribution company of the region, you may continue
to use the existing internal installation without the need for any changes
when the pipeline reaches your facility.

Can LNG be used as a backup fuel?
A minimum of 0.5% of LNG in the LNG tank, has to be consumed
every day. It is not appropriate to use LNG as a backup fuel as its
          consumption requires continuity.

Can the LNG system be installed anywhere?
The LNG system can be installed in areas that comply with the safety
distances specified in TS EN 21009.
