WHAT IS LNG?

“LNG, which means “Liquefied Natural Gas”, is the abbreviation of “Liquefied Natural Gas” words. LNG, which is provided to the users who reside in the regions where the natural gas cannot be transported via pipelines, is an odourless, colourless, non-toxic and environmentalist fuel which is produced by cooling the natural gas up to -162 °C in the atmospheric pressure.

It is transported and stored in the liquid phase and offered for consumption in the gas phase.

Since it is purified from heavy hydrocarbons, it has an energy value cleaner and higher than natural gas.

LNG EXPORTING

Aygaz Natural Gas also comes to the forefront as the first company who exports LNG in Turkey. All the required controls are made by Aygaz Natural Gas’s experienced engineering team on LNG systems pursuant to European Union directives and our products are transported by LNG road tanker fleet in compliance with the highway legislations that have been specified by European Union.

LNG BUNKERING

Bunkering (fuel delivery) processes are performed by Aygaz Natural Gas’s experienced engineering team in compliance with the legal regulations and in line with the procedures of LNG systems and ship producers.

USING LNG IN THE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

LNG, which is much more environmentalist than alternative fuels, also increasingly continue to be used in the construction equipment which is a new activity field due to the cost advantage it offers. Aygaz Natural Gas delivers LNG to its customers by meeting EN ISO 16924, TS 13772 and TS EN 60079 standard requirements and completing the certification transactions pursuant to Construction Equipment LNG Filling System, Pressurized Equipment Regulations and The Regulation on Protecting Workers from the Dangers of Explosive Atmospheres.
